The ranking of a PCO driver is based on the points that they earn during the fixed 3-month period, 5 points for each trip during peak times, and 1 point for driving during off-time hours. Two key factors must be considered if you want to become a diamond Uber driver: rider ratings and trip cancellation rate. According to the basic rules of ridesharing apps, the higher the ratings of a PCO driver are, the more points they will get.
